Every new client gets to try our training out complimentary for a week!! Then after that, if this is something you still want to stick to- we can talk rates! We don’t hold cookie cutter prices in our studio due to the vast variety of salaries here in the Bay! We work with our clients because we care about their pocket book too and make it affordable for everyone to get what they need!

We’ve had new moms, existing moms and grandmoms in our space!! We offer a free week for you to try our services and to make sure it’s the right place for you and your goals!! We have sessions as early as 6am and as late as 7pm. As far as rates- I’ll lock you in at a good one after we talk about frequency and lifestyle. Clients who cancel a session less than 24 hours before your scheduled training time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total rate per session of the package you had purchased.

Clients who cancel a session 48 hours before your scheduled training time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 0% of the total rate per session of the package you had purchased.

If you fail to appear for your scheduled training and fail to contact to reschedule your session prior to your scheduled training session time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total rate per session of the package you had purchased.

It is your duty and responsibility to arrive to all your sessions on time to properly warm up for your workout. The warm ups increases muscle efficiency, reduces potential for injuries and properly prepares your body for exercises being performed in your session. In some cases, we may cancel the session all together and reschedule for another day or time. Your safety is our #1 priority; therefore, this policy will be enforced.

Rates depend on your frequency/goals and either package or monthly financial preferences (or even drop ins). Squad sessions can be as low as $10/session when buying a package! You’ll get a complete breakdown that explains our rates and what they cover after your first training session. 

All other sessions outside of posted Squad Sessions/Boot Camps, Private Squad Sessions and SelfCare Techniques are BAO (By Appointment Only). You are not allowed to enter the gym unless you have an appointment or are invited in. All clients are able to enter the gym at the time of their session (not a minute earlier due to other sessions). 

We do train kids and we’re very careful with the younger ones as they are still growing. We normally train them for daily activities or a certain sport. In the past we have trained as young as 7yo, but that child’s attention span was very focused and extended! So, as long as your child is willing and can pay attention for at least an hour, we can train them! 

Personal Sessions: Bring a bottle of water, gym towel and anything specific you and your trainer had previously talked about.

Private Squad Sessions & Squad Sessions: Same as the personal sessions but definitely make sure to bring a towel if you know you sweat a lot! In a private group or class setting we enforce this particular rule and to be considerate of your squad. When laying on a mat or doing an exercise over a mat, our squad lays a towel down so the next person won’t swim in your sweat =) I only say this because most of the time, we do circuit training or supersets so we can use our space effectively and you guys can get an intense workout!
